THE ROOM
There lies so deep within us,
A little
‘special room’;
Where all we think and what we do,
Gives way to
growth and bloom.
The key we keep well hidden,
From others who
would view;
The deepest secrets in us,
And all the things we
do.
There is one who simply enters,
No door to keep him
out;
No detour to deter him,
He takes the shortest route.
God
looks inside the little room,
And acts to help guide us,
He’s there
to show us all the way,
And there to gain our trust.
He
knows what lies inside the room,
And shows us he does care;
By
guiding us to what we store,
Inside the room that’s
there.
