Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Today
Yesterday is history,
With
things already done,
Memories now of battles lost,
But also those
hard won.
Tomorrow is a mystery,
That yet has to unfold,
We
never know what it will bring,
Nor surprises it may hold.
Today
is really just a gift,
That’s sent from God above,
Just one more day
for us to warm,
The hearts of those we love.
