I'm a
liberal, tree hugger,
A Friend
and a lover,
Of plants
and all living things...
I like
veggies and flowers,
And I can
spend hours,
Listening
to birds while they sing.
I love
the damp smell,
After spring rain
that fell,
Washed dust off
to renew the look...
Make grass look
brand new,
The skies again
blue,
Add sound to a
bubbling brook.
There's nothing
like nature,
And a newborn
creature,
To bring a smile
to my face...
The simplest of
things,
Tug at my heart
strings,
To fill my soul
with their grace.
