How long does it
take a marriage,
To wither
on dying vine...
To become old
and then wilted,
It can happen
in short time.
When tears are
the only water,
And hurt grows
just like weeds...
Crowding out the
tender plants,
Of love's first
growing seeds.
For Love to
burst forth and to thrive,
And marriage to
endure...
It takes a
special effort joined,
A trust
unquestioned, pure..
For those who
work to cultivate,
Enjoy final
harvest...
Are those who
spend a whole lifetime,
With
little pause to rest.
Marriage is the
hardest crop,
That man will
ever grow...
A blend of love
and caring too,
Sharing
of two souls.
