Lost And  Found

God must be disappointed,

When he looks at us and sees,

How we have strayed from righteous path,

And do things that displease.

No longer are we innocent,

As when we were small child,

We’ve turned our back on values,

While our morals have been filed.

The ideals that we once were taught,

Are nowhere to be seen,

In fact, it could almost be said,

We actually are mean.

Where is compassion we once felt,

For all our fellow men?

Integrity and honesty,

Mere memories from back then.

We need to search our lost and found,

While yet we have the time,

Turn back to God and ask his help,

To regain peace of mind.
